Well... lets see this is my second post since I've started this blog. It's been a stressful week. I have sooo much on my mind. Today I'm actually trying to "chill" a bit more rather than freaking out every day like I have been.
What's been on my mind?
Well first and foremost the competition. I'm trying to make sure I'm getting everything together and right. Planning the changes and manipulations in my diet over the next couple weeks. I can't wait to compete again. And I am crossing my fingers that I am able to qualify for Nationals. Lets hope so anyways, it would make my year!
Second on my mind, is basically relationship issues. We won't go into details, but let's just say it's been stressful. Men....
Ok so onto a different subject.
This past weekend, I started my morning out with a nice little jog through the neighborhood, it was so pretty outside. So relaxing. I even ran past someones house and caught the smell of bacon, it smelled so yummy. But oh well, it was a breakfast of eggwhites and oatmeal for me. But this is my lifestyle, I wouldn't trade it for the world!-well I might trade it for a big ol piece of chocolate cake. He He... Anyways, point of bringing this up was just that is was so peaceful, running through town, able to clear my head. I love it, it made me feel so good.
Work has went good this week so that's a plus.
Training has been AWESOME, I've started supersetting this week, and will up until the competition. I'm so sore from my chest tri workout the other day. I've also taught two weight training classes at the gym. It's called power pump, they were both such great classes. The women in class were real troopers cause it was pretty tough if I do say so myself. I love teaching classes and big classes, the more people the better.
Anyways, guess I better go for now. I'm out of sugarless gum gotta run to the store and get some more. I'm addicted to gum right now. May pick up some sugarless jello too. J-E-L-L-O. MMM.
