My thought of the day....
Why do people just let thierselves go and not care what they look like or what they put in thier bodies???
I went to the post office today as I do everyday and had to go thru McDonalds, not for ME but for a girl I work with. Anyways.... as I was sitting in line I look behind and in front of me and in both directions there are these overweight people...
It almost made me nauseous, I guess because for the majority of the time I am on such a strict diet and it would only take a little bit of will power for them to change thier lifestyles. I don't mean this in a mean way, I just know that it would help them feel better about themselves.... that's all...
Ok enough of ranting about that...
I'm so excited about next week cause it's THANKSGIVING!!! WAHOO!!!
Gotta try to control myself and not eat too much crap!

Let's see... I have a lunch dinner at work on Wednesday, 2 dinners on Thurs and 1 that I know of on Friday...
Geezz... that's a lot of eating... oh well that's the Holidays for ya...Thank God it's my offseason!! It'd be hard to watch everyone eat and not me around the Holidays... it's hard enough the rest of the time.
My schedule for tonight is as follows,.. get off at 5 rush to the gym to teach the 5:30 class..... Kick some A$$ in class... then home to eat shower and sleep..that brings me to a funny story an older woman that takes my Monday class came up to me last night grabbed my arm said "your arms are huge" you could beat my husband up... I thought it was freaking hilarious... Anyways... Funny story for the day Ha Ha..
